Conscious Breathing
Conscious Breathing is a way of bringing more of the energy of our self into our embodiment. It is a way of relaxing and integrating everything that is already here. It is a way of telling ourselves we are safe and a way of letting go of control. It is choosing Life. And in my workshops and events, it is an invitation for the soul of you to come into your life here on earth in very real ways.
It is not a complicated ritual or technique and it doesn’t come with any structure – just you breathing you. What I do is facilitate your journey with the breath, almost like dreamwalking you to your soul, to your inner re-connections.
I first experienced this kind of breathing with a wonderful couple of teachers, Norma Delaney and Garret Annofsky, and I've breathed with them a lot since then. With the same essence, the same spirit and physics, I use my own flavour of this great breath of compassion that they have brought here.
